Here is where you have the opportunity to give me your honest opinions on the service and items you received from me. Receiving honest feedback is very important to me as it's nice to know my guys are happy with my items and services, or alternatively it is hugely helpful in letting me know if there is an area of my site or service that needs improvement or change. If you are a repeat buyer writing about your experiences with me in general then please type 'general' in the 'item purchased' field. Here are a few things to know before submitting your opinions:
- This is only for feedback regarding actual orders. If you are not a previous buyer and wish to comment on my site, offer a suggestion, chat to me etc then please use my general Contact Form instead.
- Please give as much detail as possible.
- If your feedback is published your display name will be shown. Your real name and email address will not ever be displayed or shared providing your text is not abusive.
- Please write clearly and honestly.
- Please be polite - if you do have a complaint or problem then I encourage you to use the form below to inform me, however I will not accept just being insulted.
- Please be aware that every worn item is different and no one item is ever the same as another. If your item was not as scented as you had hoped for, for example, then this just represents my body on that day and does not mean the item was below standard or anything like that. However if it was not what you were expecting then please do let me know as soon as possible as your satisfaction is of paramount importance to me.
