Background Information

I became involved in the fetish business at the very young age of 18 and set up a free Tripod site. I only offered socks, tights and stockings and it earned me a few pennies. I then changed to a Freewebs site which I had to shut down after only a few months as it did so well I wasn't able to fully concentrate on my studies and run it simultaneously as I also had two part time jobs. Dealing with Abuse

I consider abuse to be:

You are entitled to a 'cooling off' period of 48 hours from submitting your order - please note that due to my items being bespoke (ie prepared to your specific requests) you are not legally entitled to any cooling off period here, I offer this out of fairness. If you place an order with me and simply change your mind before payment you must let me know via email within 48 hours of original order submission. However, if you change your mind without informing me and ignore my payment requests or change your mind after 48 hours then this is considered abuse of my site. I expect to receive payment within five working days of me confirming your order. If this will not be possible then please let me know, I am a reasonable person and understand that sometimes circumstances may prevent this. Any abuse I receive in the forms listed above will be dealt with appropriately - you will be reported to your ISP for breaking their TOS and this is not something they take kindly to. By ordering you are indicating you fully understand your rights here. In addition, if you behave in an abusive or threatening way, or do anything which I think other people will benefit from knowing about then I will let them know your details.
